Q : What image form do you shoot? JPEG or RAW? Can you provide the RAW image files from my shoot?

  A : We shoot in RAW form as it allows us to have full control over post editing color correction, & modifications.

We do not provide our clients RAW (unprocessed) files from your shoot under any circumstances, because we believe in delivering a finished product.

Q : How many images will I receive from my engagement/wedding day shoot?

  A : While we cannot guarantee an exact amount as each circumstance is unique in its kind. On average, 100-200 images/hour.

Q : What if I lose my images?

  A : We keep your images for 6 months to 1 year and can provide a replacement at an additional cost of $50 after your event has been archived. We cannot guarantee all images to be replaced, but reach out and maybe we will be able to help!

Q : What are my/your rights to our photos?

  A : You have the right to reprint and share your images as you wish. But may not sell or publish your images without RAELICE PHOTOGRAPHY consent. We hold the right to use your images unless otherwise requested. Alot of time is put into colour correction and retouching, we kindly ask that if you

post your images on social media for sharing purposes, you do not alter its appearance to uphold RAELICE PHOTOGRAPHY's consistancy. We also ask you credit @raelicephotography should you chose to share images over social media platforms.

Q : Do you shoot Destination Weddings/Elopements?

  A : YES!! We are super excited to serve our clients all around the world per request.

In addition to our wedding photography packages, travel/accommodations will be covered by the client to the desired destination. If your destination is on our "wish list" we have special pricing just for you!

Q : Do you edit every image we receive?

  A : Yes we do. Every image we deliver is post produced and carefully examined for color correction, exposure, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, and other corrections.

Many photographers do not post produce any images, or will only post produce “selected” image. 

Q : How long does it take to see & receive my images?

  A :  RAELICE PHOTOGRAPHY takes pride in ensuring no image is overlooked. As we do not have a limit on how many images we actually capture on your special day, it may take us time to examine quite a large amount of images.

On average you will receive your images between 2-4 weeks after your session, 8-10 weeks for weddings, with a few "teasers" or samples within 1 week,

Q : How do I reserve you for my date?

  A : All dates are reserved with a non refundable deposit.

Q : Why is my deposit non-refundable?

  A : Deposits are used to reserve your date/studio fees. For your peace of mind, once we’ve reserved your booking we do not accept new clients for your date. 

Q : What if we decide to extend our contracted time for our wedding day coverage?

A : Additional hours are available at the rate of $250/hour.

Q : Are there travel fees outside of York Region/GTA/Toronto?

A :   In order to compensate the primary and/or secondary photographer for their travel, a charge of $.60/KM

Depending on location of event, overnight stay may be required at clients expense. 

Q : Do I need a photography permit?

Q :  Some locations require a permit to be obtained prior to any formal photography. We recommend that clients check ahead of time to see if your desired locations requires a permit and obtain a printed copy of your permit day of.

Any charges/tickets required are to be paid also by the client​

Q : Can we book you for an entire day shoot?

  A : Yes! We love to follow you around for a day, inquire about this special request.

Q : Do I really need a second photographer?

  A : We highly recommend having two photographers on your wedding day. Everything happens so fast ...and hey its your most important day! Having a second photographer means you get photos that you wouldn't have been able to otherwise. Having a second photographer ensures that no moment is left uncaptured.
